It didn't take long for Corey Lewandowski to find a new job after being fired Monday as Donald Trump's campaign manager.
Lewandowski is joining CNN as a political commentator, and the network reports he'll make his debut on New Day Monday. Politico, which first reported the news, says Lewandowski will be salaried with CNN and "exclusive" to the network.
But don't expect to hear any juicy behind-the-scenes details on the Trump campaign from the ex-campaign manager: Trump employees, including Lewandowski, sign nondisclosure agreements.
Lewandowski conducted numerous interviews Monday, the day of his dismissal from the campaign, saying repeatedly he was "honored" to have worked for the real estate mogul's White House bid.
The newly hired media personality had a highly publicized run-in with a member of the press in March. Michelle Fields, then of Breitbart News, accused Lewandowski of grabbing her arm at a Trump event, which video later confirmed. Lewandowski was charged with simple battery, but prosecutors in Florida ultimately decided not to pursue the case.
